Payment, Shipping, and Returns
We accept VISA for payment of merchandise. All prices are in Canadian dollars. We do not actually charge your credit card until your order is shipped.
All items are shipped as Expedited Parcels Canada Post. Please allow 3-8 days for delivery within Canada, and 7-11 days for delivery within the US.
If you want faster shipping, we will send items Expresspost for an extra charge. Expresspost takes 2-3 business days within Canada and 3-6 business days to the United States. The Expresspost charge outside of BC is typically a little more than double the regular postage, and varies based on the size and weight of your purchase. Please contact us for more information about this option.
Shipping in Canada and the US
Packages are insured and sent by Canada Post. The charge calculated by the website for shipping is based on the overall value of your order. However, for items that are lighter such as jewelry, the shipping charge is typically adjusted to our minimum shipping and handling charge of $8.

** For orders over $300, if the actual cost to ship is greater than the charged amount, we will contact you for approval about extra shipping charges before processing the order.
Please note: For heavier items such as singing bowls and statues, there may be a shipping surcharge. We will contact you for approval of shipping costs before charging your credit card and shipping the item. For lighter items such as jewelry, if your order is over $80 but not heavy, we will adjust shipping charges to a lower rate based on the actual item weight.
Please call us for shipping costs for orders over $300. Shipping costs may be higher for heavy and large items such as large statues.
Shipping to Other Countries
Please email us at info@zambalagifts.com or call us at 604-261-3353 for further information. In general we charge the actual shipping cost plus a $2.50 handling and packaging charge. We will contact you for approval of shipping charges before processing your order.
Customers outside of Canada are responsible for paying all applicable customs duties and brokerage fees.
Taxes and Duties
- Products shipped to an address in British Columbia are charged 7.5% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) and 7% GST.
- Products shipped within Canada to other provinces are charged 7% GST
- Products shipped outside of Canada are not charged PST or GST
- Customers outside Canada are responsible for paying all applicable custom duties and brokerage fees.
Returns
Provided items have not been used, items returned will be refunded or exchanged if returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@zambalagifts.com or call us at 604-261-3353 before sending a return.
