Frequently Asked Questions
- Are prices in Canadian or US dollars? All prices are in Canadian dollars.
- If I get something shipped to the US from Canada, will I be charged duty? In general, if an item has a value of less than $200 US, is for personal use, and if you do not receive more than one package in a day, you are not charged duty. However, US Customs and Immigration reserves the right to inspect packages and charge duties. Items over $200 US may or may not be charged duty depending on what the item it. Many of the items we sell are duty-free, but some are not. Please check with US Customs and Immigration for exact information about specific items.
- How do we pay for merchandise? We accept Visa. If you are in the Vancouver area and wish to pick up your merchandise in person, you can also pay by cash, certified cheque, or money order.
- What happens if we pay with a US credit card? Your credit card will be charged the amount in Canadian dollars, and your credit card company will convert the amount to US dollars.
